Superior Customer Service

Testimonials

Dear Gideon,

Just wanted to thank you again for all your help though the real estate maze.  You worked diligently to sell our condo and showed extra patience in finding us a new home.  Even after we moved in, you still found the time to ensure everything had gone smoothly.  It was quality service from day one.

S. & P. (Sold and purchased a property in Toronto)

“Hi Gideon,

We felt you were very kind and hope that now you’ll be able to help again.  Our son would now like to move into a
condominium apartment to begin building some equity.  Perhaps you could assist… Best regards,”

S. & J.  (Sold a property in Toronto with Gideon)

"Hi Gideon,

Hope all is good. We received the cheque from your office. The close of the sale went through very streamlined. Thank you for your expertise and assistance. I will
definitely give you a referral should I hear of someone looking for a realtor. Stay safe and thank you again. P. J."

P. J. (Bought & sold 3 properties in Toronto)

Dear Gideon

I am sending you this letter on behalf of my mother-in-law and our family.  As you know, we had determined that it was best for her to move into a condominium.  The decision was a difficult one and required adjustment from two perspectives.  Firstly, to find the optimal location for her to move.  Second, to go through the process of selling the home she had lived in for over thirty years.  Your involvement with each of these issues was instrumental in transitioning my mother-in-law to a new residence without obstacles or unnecessary stress. From locating the apartment to negotiating the transactions you maintained the highest level of integrity and professionalism and did so in a compassionate and calming manner.  We all thank you.”
